Delete your account
You can delete your TGS Studios app account and its data at any time, with or without the app.
In the app
Open Rock Rank (or any TGS Studios app), go to Your Account, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email us from the address you used for your account, with the subject Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple or Google and don’t know that address, tell us which app and roughly when you signed up.

What gets deleted

| Account, email address and display name | Deleted within 30 days |
| Saved rankings, top-artist lists, settings and favorites | Deleted within 30 days |
| Fan-ranking votes | Removed from the vote totals |
| Messages you sent us | Deleted within 30 days, on request |
| Purchase records | Kept as long as tax law requires (generally 7 years), then deleted |
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first, or it will keep renewing. How to cancel.
